Description:

Membership Appreciation Day, New Castle Commons,
Saturday, July 17th ..... Rain or Shine!
Please note new contact information!

The club will host an old fashioned cook out with lots of fun and lawn games for all its members.
Menu will consist of burgers, hot dogs, chicken, salads, cold soft drinks and chips will be provided by the Club and cooked by the Club Officers.
Come and enjoy the ocean side park at New Castle with us. Rain or shine!! Covered shelter will be available at the cookout at Great Island Common.
We will start arriving there at about 9:30, have our meeting at 11:30 followed by lunch.
Come early and spend the day! It's a summertime event right on the ocean.
Note: The park has a strict 'no alcohol policy'.

There will be very challenging bocce tournament.
Why bocce? Well the best explanation I 1have heard was the Miata is made in "Japan".
All I know is we have had fun playing in Teams and there will be prizes.
You are welcome to bring nerf balls, kites, or other lawn games that you would enjoy.

Spouses and children of MMC members are welcome and encouraged to attend this yearly event.

New Castle Commons, the site of the cookout, is a beautiful park located right on the ocean.
Shelter will be available if the weather is less than perfect.
We suggest you bring lawn chairs and blankets and spend the day.
You could also fish off the rocks with your youngsters, tan on the beach, socialize, or just read a book in the shade. It is a beautiful location and we are very lucky to have access to it.
